1. Download the Epic Charging app, available on both Apple and Google Stores.
2. Log in using your web interface credentials.
3. Navigate to 'Chargers' and select the charger you intend to use to activate new RFID cards. Ensure the charger is added to your account and displayed as 'Available,' indicating it is online, unplugged, and connected to Epic's backend.
4. Click on the RFID icon and tap the RFID card to the charger. You have one minute to complete this step.
5. If the charger supports the RFID card standard, it will be added to your account and function with all the chargers at that Location.
