Michael Bakunin has 20 years of international experience in the Automotive and Telecom industries. In the past decade, Michael has focused on e-mobility while working for the Renault-Nissan Alliance across 3 continents, and more recently, for Nuvve, the vehicle-to-grid company.

Serial entrepreneur, CEO and Co-Founder of Amplifier.AI. Michael brings a collected 15 years of experience in software development, blockchain, AI, VR, BigData.

Ian Vishnevsky co-founded the largest privately owned EV charge point operator on the West Coast. Under his leadership, his organization secured over $200 million to deploy and operate over 1,900 charging ports. He has also held key finance, accounting and operational roles at Fortune 500 corporations and other startups.

Joe brings more than 18 years of experience in sales and leadership, with extensive expertise in the EV charging industry. Before joining Epic, Joe held executive roles at SemaConnect, JuiceBar, EnTech Solutions, and most recently served as VP of U.S. Sales at SWTCH. His experience spans fleet, multifamily, and workplace charging, as well as charging software, hardware interoperability, energy management, and partnerships.

Marina brings over a decade of experience in cleantech and more than six years in e-mobility, where she has led utility programs, scaled Customer Success teams, and supported growth across North America and Europe. In her current role, Marina focuses on strengthening Client Success and Support operations, expanding utility partnerships, and advancing carbon credit program initiatives across both regions.

Álvaro Villodres brings expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong background in international trade and strategy. Before joining Epic Charging, he gained experience in sales, finance, and strategy at PwC, where he worked on high-impact projects. At Epic Charging, he focuses on driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives and expanding the company's international market presence.

Nikolay is a full stack software architect with 13+ years of experience in modern stack software development and architecture.

Kelsey brings a breadth of experience to Epic Charging, from environmental policy to management consulting. Most recently, she served as a Key Account Manager at Enel X Way, supporting large-scale EV programs and ensuring client success. Passionate about sustainability and a clean energy future, Kelsey is dedicated to accelerating EV adoption across the U.S. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies and an M.A. in Human Systems Intervention.

Valeriia brings a strong background in program and portfolio management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She has led globally distributed teams delivering B2B solutions using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, with experience across QA leadership, product development, and SaaS platforms.

Artur brings a strong technical background to Epic Charging, with hands-on experience in software quality assurance and hardware operations within the EV charging space, as well as 20 years of experience in Telecom and Computer Network systems. In his current role he supports EV charging solutions, ensuring reliable performance across software and hardware systems. Artur holds a Master’s degree in Informatics and Computer Systems.

Emre leads the development and scaling of Bluedot’s EV charging and fleet payments platform as Head of Engineering. Earlier in his career, Emre held a range of engineering and leadership roles, building mobile applications and backend systems, and working with cloud-based infrastructure in fast-paced technology environments.
Emre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Master’s degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich.

Furkan is a Customer Success and Support Manager with 4+ years of experience developing and scaling post-sales functions in the EV charging industry. Prior to joining Epic, he built the customer success, support, and product operations infrastructure from the ground up at Bluedot, managing a remote team across multiple time zones. He has experience in product management, fraud and dispute resolution, and cross-functional collaboration between customer-facing and engineering teams.

Ferhat is the Co-Founder of Bluedot, an all-in-one platform for EV fleets and drivers that unifies charging, payments, and operations. Before founding Bluedot, Ferhat worked at companies such as Zipcar and Bosch, gaining hands-on experience in mobility and automotive innovation. He is also a member of Leaders for Climate Action and has been recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 for his work in sustainable transportation.

Selinay is the Co-Founder of Bluedot, an all-in-one platform for EV fleets and drivers that unifies charging, payments, and operations. As COO of Bluedot, she lead go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer-focused initiatives. Selinay has been recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 and as one of the Under 35 Rising Stars in the Electric Car Industry.

Russell Vare has 20 years of experience in clean tech with a focus on EVs, energy storage and EV charging. He is currently leading sales and marketing at Flex Power Control, a Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) hardware company. Russels' previous experience is in building GTM strategies and sales operations in Nuvve, Mercedes Benz and Nissan.

Robert is Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the Softeq Venture Studio, where he helps start-ups with growth strategy and fundraising.
He spent nearly a decade with Bain’s Private Equity Group, where he led dozens of diligence and post-acquisition growth strategy projects for institutional investors. He now focuses on independent investing and advisory work around utility-scale battery storage and E-Mobility. 

Trent has 17 years of private equity investing experience with a focus on e-mobility, energy storage, power and renewables. He currently serves as a Senior Operating Partner at Stonepeak. Previously, he served as a Managing Director with Stonepeak and Partner with ECP, where he spent 15 years after joining at its founding in 2005. Trent currently focuses on investing throughout the battery and e-mobility value chain and helping companies rapidly scale.

Justin previously co-founded XL Fleet, an automotive technology company that became category leader for xEV powertrain technology with over 175 million customer miles before being taken public in 2020. Justin holds MBA from MIT Sloan and BS in Electrical engineering from UC San Diego.
