Epic Charging provides flexibility to configure individual and group discounts for end users.
1. Start by navigating to the 'Locations' tab within your Epic account.
2. Click on the Location you want to configure, then click on the 'Discounts' tab.

3. Click on the ‘+ Add Discount’
4. Enter the email address and discount, then click on the Save button. Alternatively, a company internet domain address can be added. In that case, all email addresses registered at the internet domain will receive a discount.
End users will need to provide their email address before pre-authorizing the charging session to receive the discount.
