Epic Announces Support and Migration Path for Former EVOCharge Customers
September 25, 2025
Today, Epic is announcing a dedicated migration and support offering for customers currently served by EVOCharge, following EVOCharge’s decision to wind down operations. We understand the urgency many customers face, and Epic is ready to make the transition seamless, resilient, and future ready.
Background and Context
For years, EVOCharge provided EV charging hardware and software services to commercial, residential, and fleet clients. With the software backend and support services set to sunset, operators, property owners, fleet managers, and site hosts must quickly decide how to preserve existing infrastructure, maintain uptime, and move to a reliable platform.

Trusted by LAZ Parking, a leading national parking operator, to deploy 50,000 EV chargers nationwide.
First of its kind integrations with ChargerHelp!, Zendesk, and HubSpot that drive higher uptime, faster support, and closed loop service workflows.
